WANDERING ANGLES Wool warp, hand-dyed wool and silk weft 32 by 28 inches, $1,250 This rug is woven in successive bands of paired (red and blue) triangles made larger or smaller to vary the angle of weaving away from 90 degrees to the warp,  creating a sense of movement in the piece.  I chose red and blue as complementary by medieval reckoning, if not ours, and a relationship that struck me as having more possibilities than red/green or blue/orange.
