In this rug I explore weaving with discontinuous and eccentric wefts: laying in the wefts at oblique and shifting angles to the vertical uprights of the warp, opening possibilities for a sense of movement, playfulness, surprise---still within the discipline of a flat, dense fabric suitable for use as a rug.
