In this rug I explore weaving with eccentric wefts: laying in the wefts at oblique and shifting angles to the vertical uprights of the warp, opening new possibilities for movement, playfulness, surprise---still within the discipline of a flat, dense fabric suitable for use as a rug.
The various blues are dyed with indigo, some over white yarn, others over previously dyed yellow, tan, green.
